I’m Sophie, a Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator and Group Leader specialised in Transformational Breath®.

I started feeling depressed when I was 19. I was young, I felt stuck, I didn’t know what to do with my life. Despite what I thought to be a great childhood, I already had a fair amount of baggage!

Thankfully my mum was supportive, I got help and quickly got better. But I continued to escape in my dreams, I had self-sabotaging habits. I was forgetting myself to fit in with friends. I was lost.

I thought I was happy, I wasn’t.

I discovered therapies and alternatives ones when living in England, in my early 30’s.

I loved everything I learnt and discovered.

I realised then that perhaps there was work I needed to do on myself, to reconnect with my joy.

I knew I had it in me to be a joyful and happy person without needing external props.

When I was 35 and pregnant with my 2nd child, my mum died of cancer. I was devastated yet I couldn’t feel the grief.

The deep pain from the grief came after the birth. I managed those first few months with a toddler and a newborn as well as I could.

I started inner-work with a therapist a couple of years later. I became aware that I was avoiding being with myself. I was still an escaper. The therapy helped shedding light on a few issues but after a year I felt I wasn’t gaining enough to keep going.

In 2013, I studied a healing system called Energetic NLP. As I became aware of my energetic body and practiced tools learnt in my trainings, I started healing my grief and my emotional baggage. I started becoming more authentic, more myself and more able to communicate my needs. I started feeling lighter.

As I continued my quest to self-discovery and healing, little synchronicities made it that in 2015, I attended the Mind, Body & Spirit festival in London to buy a Vitamix blender.

To make the most of my visit, I booked myself on a conscious breathing workshop as I didn’t think I was breathing properly.

I had no idea what to expect but it felt like the right thing to do.

And boom 💥💥💥

My life totally transformed…

After an hour of breathing I reached an extremely deep meditative state. I was vibrating all over, it was a wonderful sensation. I felt a deep sense of relaxation, I had reached a heightened meditative state. I experienced BLISS and ONENESS just with the power of my own breath. I was BLOWN AWAY 🌬

I felt AMAZING and my body was so, so RELAXED! I was radiating light, love and joy. I remember having a big smile on my face and feeling content 😄

I knew straight away I wanted to share this with others and a few months later I started training in Transformational Breath®.

I continued to breathe daily after that very first experience. The high energy, emotional clearing and feelings I got from breathing consciously in the first few months allowed me to change my life choices.

In a nutshell, Transformational Breath® helped me to:

  • stop smoking
  • stop a sugar addiction
  • lose weight
  • integrate my grief
  • release feelings of anger

 And it continues to support me to:

  • manage my emotions
  • be more self-aware
  • be more energised and focused
  • change the relationship I have with myself and others

I have been walking the path of self-development for over 10 years now and it is with conscious connected breathing that I got my va-va-voom back!

In my trainings I learnt a wealth of other tools that I integrate in my coaching, my 1-1 sessions and workshops.
