Why learn to breathe when we all do it naturally?
Your breathing is a direct reflection of your relationship with life which is mostly limited and unconscious.
Conscious breathing is the practice of breathing with awareness, intention and attention to your inner experience, in the present moment.
Conscious awareness of your breathing can be one of the greatest keys to self-healing, personal growth and balanced relationships.
Are you are aware of how you breathe? Is your breath deep or shallow? Is it open or restricted? What does a restricted breath pattern look like and how can it affect you?
Do you notice how you breathe throughout the day? Do you sometimes notice when you hold your breath (we all do it by the way!)? How does holding your breath affect you and your life? And how becoming aware of changes in your breathing pattern support you everyday?
What is Transformational Breath®?
Transformational Breath® is a safe and powerful self-healing and self-empowering modality that promotes permanent positive change.
It is a diaphragmatic breathing. It opens up the respiratory system (using the upper and lower part of the respiratory system) for optimum physical health, mental and emotional clarity and higher levels of self-awareness and consciousness.
By breathing deeply and fully you enhance the flow of oxygen throughout your body and mind. The high vibrational energy (life force) that is created through this specific pattern allows your body to re-set bringing vibrant health, mental and emotional clarity and a deeper connection with your higher self.
What does Transformational Breath® do?
Conscious Breathing is a vehicle for self-exploration. By breathing daily, you raise your frequency/vibration and start feeling a higher level of awareness and a deeper level of consciousness.
The majority of people only use between 25% and 50% of their breathing capacity.

What is a Transformational Breath® session like?
Each session is unique.
I create a safe and supportive environment for you to fully engage in the process.
I always start with some coaching so that an intention for your session arises.
Then I will ask you to lie down and relax. I will look at your breathing pattern and might reposition you so that you are in the ideal position to achieve your goal.
For up to one hour you will engage in deep, connected breathing (continuous breathing with no pauses). I will be by your side, guiding you through the whole process.
I will use gentle acupressure to open restricted breathing patterns so your entire respiratory system is used.
I will also use music, affirmations, sound and movement which all help open the breath.
At all times you will keep your awareness on your breath, the feelings and energy flowing in your body. Integration is often very gentle and at times intense. The result is a deep state of relaxation and peace.
What will happen in the session is different for everybody. However there are certain things that could happen:
- Physical sensations: dry mouth, tingling, change in body temperature, energy circulating in the body
- Emotional release which could take the form of laughter and/or tears
- Memories coming back

I have trained with Dr. Judith Kravitz the creator of this award winning therapy and I am confident that working with me you will achieve your goals.
Your first session will last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. Following sessions will last up to 90 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
Transformational Breath® is not psychotherapy. It is an advanced technology which takes us beyond mind into the transpersonal realm. Because the technique works so deeply, you may accomplish in one session what could have ordinarily taken years in talking therapies.
The number of facilitated sessions required to resolve restricted breathing patterns varies. In three to six sessions, most people have achieved an open healthy breath, have integrated any major traumas and repression, and feel competent to engage in full breathing sessions on their own.
My objective is to teach you the breath pattern for you to practice it daily in order to maintain vibrant health and emotional wellbeing.
Some of my clients have 1 to 2 sessions, others 5 to 6, some more. It really depends on you, where you are at, your needs and your goals.
For online sessions, if you have not experienced Transformational Breath® before, it is required that you attend a minimum of three sessions and be available for 10 minutes follow-up after each session.

How are repressed emotions and traumas permanently resolved?
Most people restrict their breathing to avoid experiencing unpleasant feelings. By holding our breath, we deactivate feelings. Keeping them repressed (held in the subconscious) requires a tremendous ongoing amount of energy and creates chronic tension and pain in our bodies. These repressed feelings unconsciously affect our behaviour, often in limiting, self-sabotaging ways.
Transformational Breath® integrates the wounded aspects of self into one functioning whole. It produces an entrainment effect in the electromagnetic field which allows dense, lower vibrational patterns (such as sadness, anger, anxiety) to be transformed into a higher vibrational energy. Through this process, trauma is permanently transformed – without the need for conscious processing of each accumulated hurt. Old patterns are restructured through the breath, the true inner self reveals itself, and we easily move beyond our previous limitations to lead a more joyful and healthy life.
